Moloko Plus (also called a Knifey Moloko) is a highball cocktail drink from the book A Clockwork Orange by Stanley Kubrick, and it is also in the movie of the same name (TM Warner Bros. Pictures).

It is milk laced with vellocet, synthemesc, or drencrom. We can only describe it as causing insane effects, unreliable, and intense.
